Welcome to Food Services

Central Consolidated School District is participating in a Universal Breakfast and Lunch Program for the current school year 2025-2026. If your children attend any CCSD school, breakfast and lunch will be available to them at no charge. All students enrolled at CCSD may participate in the breakfast and lunch program at no charge to them.

Studies have shown that children who are not hungry perform better in school. By providing breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge, we are hoping to create a better learning environment for our students.

The school breakfasts and lunches that we serve follow U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines for healthy school meals. The School Breakfast and Lunch Programs cannot succeed without your support; please encourage your children to participate in the school meal programs.

All meals will be served to all students at no charge regardless of the eligibility status.

Breakfast, Lunch and Snack are available to each enrolled student at their school site at no cost.

We would like to thank you for your patience and participation in our meals programs. CCSD and you need to work together to make sure our students are receiving the meals they need to continue their education.

    Free Summer Meals 2026

    Central Consolidated School District will offer free summer meals to children ages 1–18 at eight sites across the Four Corners region, beginning June 1, 2026.

    The Summer Food Service Program runs Monday through Thursday in two sessions: June 1–June 25 and July 6–July 23. Meals will be served at the following locations:

    • Judy Nelson Elementary — 40 RD 6580, Kirtland (June 1 – 25 only) Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    • Kirtland High School — 550 CR 6100, Kirtland (June 1–July 23) Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    • Ojo Amarillo Elementary — North 3005 & Ojo Amarillo, Fruitland (June 1–25 only) Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    • Shiprock High School — US Hwy 64, Shiprock (June 1–July 23) Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    • Eva B. Stokely Elementary — US Hwy 64, Shiprock (June 1–25 only) Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    • Newcomb Elementary — US Hwy 491, Newcomb (June 1–25 only) Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    • Newcomb High School — US Hwy 491, Newcomb (June 1–July 23) Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
    • Career Prep High School — US Hwy 64, Shiprock (June 1–25, summer school students only) Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

    Menus include a wide variety of yummy entrees, fresh fruit and vegetables, juice and milk. No registration or application is needed.
