The Mission of The Warehouse is to distribute goods and provide services to all schools & departments in our district in a cost effective and efficient manner. Our mission shall be accomplished by offering exceptional customer & logistics services district wide within the standards of good business practices and in compliance with statutes, policies and rules governing the warehouse so that the schools have the necessary resources to provide the best educational services for our CCSD students.

Our Warehouse plays a crucial role in maintaining the operation efficiency of 16 school buildings in our district. Behind the scenes - We rely on our team of 1 Supervisor and 6 Warehouse Employees to plan accordingly and make timely deliveries. We work tirelessly to manage a diverse range of responsibilities.

Here’s Our Contribution

Receiving & Delivering: All items purchased on a Purchase Order is received through our Warehouse. We inspect, count and deliver to all our schools & buildings district wide.
Food Services: The Warehouse Receives, Monitors Food Storage, Conducts Weekly Inventory & Delivers Food to all School Kitchens. All approved food requests for school kitchens are made through School Dude Inventory Direct.
Moving Services: All moving requests are for large furniture & heavy items are made through School Dude Maintenance Direct Work Orders.
Custodial Cleaning Chemical & Supplies: The Warehouse Receives all chemicals/ supplies, Monitors Storage, Conducts Monthly Inventory & Delivers chemicals/ supplies to all buildings district wide. All approved requests are made through School Dude Inventory Direct.
Health & Safety Supplies: All approved requests for masks, KWEK feminine products and safety supplies are made through School Dude Maintenance Direct Work Orders.
District Asset Control: The Warehouse Receives incoming Assets, Tags Assets over $1,000, Tracks these Assets in buildings, Makes Edits when moved, Monitors Assets during its useful life and Disposes of Assets District Wide. We take pride in protecting our District’s Assets.
Transfer/Disposal Fillable Form: Complete the sections highlighted in yellow. All requests must be approved by the building Administrator. Scan your completed forms to the Warehouse Supervisor so we can schedule a pickup.
Work Orders Under "Moving" Category: Please be specific what, how many, where and when. All requests need to be at least a 3-5 working days in advance.
Supply Request SchoolDude Inventory Direct Requests for Custodial items, Food Service items and Health items.
Other Assigned Duties: Toys for Tots pick up and deliver, Tribal Clothes, etc. We also help with Inter-department mail pickups if necessary.
