    Payroll Communications Process

First time communications with the Payroll office regarding issues or questions regarding an employee’s paycheck should be sent via email. DO NOT e-mail an individual directly, but rather use the following address: payroll@centralschools.org. Payroll will assign the proper person to review and make every effort to respond within four working hours. ALL e-mails should include:

    • The employee’s name as on their earnings statement
    • The pay date in question
    • A brief explanation of the problem
    • Time and leave corrections
    Student Accident Insurance

The student accident insurance is administered by Myers Stevens & Toohey Co., Inc. and underwritten by Federal Insurance Company, a member of the Chubb Group. The policy has been specifically designed for educational institutions and provides coverage that complements existing family health insurance plans.

This will cover Injuries caused by Covered Accidents occurring:

    • On School premises during the hours and on days when the School's regular classes are in session, including one hour immediately before and one hour immediately after regular classes, while continuously on the School premises.
    • While participating in or attending School-sponsored and supervised activities including interscholastic athletic activities.
    • While traveling directly and without interruption to or from home and School for regular attendance; or School and off campus site to participate in School-sponsored and supervised activities, and while traveling in School Vehicles at any time.

NOTE – Participation in commercial camps or clinics is not covered under this plan.

Parents can obtain claim forms from their school's main office or by contacting Myers Stevens & Toohey directly at 800-827-4695. Complete policy details are available at the district office and school administrative offices.
