Prenatal up to 60 Months Early Intervention Program
Who Is Welcome to Enroll? All families with children ages prenatal up to 5 years old who live within the CCSD school district.
Family Connections (In-person & Virtual) The meetings are daily for all families with children ages 0 months up to 5 years old. The family connection consists of a virtual & In-person interaction, parent session, circle time, story time, and ending with a parent-child activity.
Personal Visits (In-person & Virtual) Monthly visits for children ages prenatal up to 50 months. During this time a Parent Educator will guide parents to understand their child’s developments and help prepare them for Preschool/ Kindergarten. The Meetings are conducted through a zoom meeting, and/or a phone call.
Screenings (In-person & Virtual) Monthly screenings for children ages 1 month up to 5 years old using the Ages and Stages screening tool.
Resource Network Families needing information on any resources in the community will be referred or introduced.
